Return Policy

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES happy to exchange any item that is not suitable or shows any technical or visible problem, below is a guide of ‘how to’.

Changed your mind or would like to exchange your light set(s)?

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if it is not suitable, or you have changed your mind or simply would like to swap for a different product then you may do so as long as this is within 24 hours of the goods received date, the item has not been used, its is in its original packaging and can be re-sold (as new).

Please first contact us first thru our support center section of the website. Please have your order number handy so that we can deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.

Our customer service will establish the reason for your return and then talk you through the returns process, as outlined below:

When returning an item you must ensure that the item has been securely packaged so that no damaged occurs in transit.

Please make sure that you include a copy of your original invoice with the light sets so that an exchange can be issued as soon as possible.

Return Option
If required, can arrange for the item to be returned . Handling cost for the return is AED 20,00 , the cost of this will be deducted from the refund given.

Once  has received the goods our QC will check if all is fine and  we will issue a credit note within 24 hours subject to the above conditions. ANY CASH REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE but you will be able to spend the refund amount on all of part of our Group running Websites.

I have ordered the wrong item or I have changed my mind! understand that sometimes people change their minds or have ordered the wrong item by mistake, we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day so please call us as soon you can on +971 4 32 61796 or contact us thru our support center.

If the order has already been sent out then there is nothing we can do, once you have received your order please see ‘How do I return my light set(s)’ and follow the procedure.

If you order has not yet been sent out then we can cancel the order and you can select a different item for the same or superior value.

My Lights are damaged or I have received the wrong set?
When goods are dispatched they are checked to ensure that they are in working order but in the event of any damage/fault or you have any problem with your product then please call our customer service +971 4 32 61796 or contact us thru our support center. and we will do our utmost to resolve your issue as soon as possible. Refund Policy
At we are happy to exchange any product that does not meet with your high standards. We can only issue a credit note for the amount of purchase which you can use on all to Renami Group related online strores or retail outlets, any cash refund is only possible for from our side wrong or defect delivered items.

Conditions of return
When returning an item please ensure that it is in its original packaging, had not been used and is in a saleable condition. Any product which we received damaged will receive a partial refund, unless this has been done in transit.
