All items purchased from Renami Group BV are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Renami Group BV or to products you purchase through Renami Group BV shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the Netherlands, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Renami Group BV intellectual property rights, Renami Group BV may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the Netherlands, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the European Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

PAYMENT METHODS
We only accept payment via Credit or Debit card from following issuers:
If you are experiencing problems issuing payment then please first try to use an alternative method of payment, if you are still having problems then please contact our customer service +971 4 225 7571 or contact us thru our support center who can assist as there may be a technical problem with our website resulting in your payment being declined.
We use Stripe to facilitate our payments on our website. It is designed so that if we do not receive payment for your order then your order will not be generated. Please check your email to see if you have received your email confirmation of your order, if you have received no email confirmation then your order has not been processed and no payment has been taken from your card.
We are unable to process payment over the telephone, we can accept payment via Bank Transfer, however we need to have cleared funds before any orders can be dispatched, and orders via Bank Transfers can be made only thru our customer service +971 4 225 7571 or thru our support center.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
lightdubai.com happy to exchange any item that is not suitable or shows any technical or visible problem, below is a guide of ‘how to’. If you are still having difficulties or the answer to your question is not below then please contact us thru our support center to discuss this further.
Changed your mind or would like to exchange your light set(s)?
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if it is not suitable, or you have changed your mind or simply would like to swap for a different product then you may do so as long as this is within 24 hours of the goods received date, the item has not been used, its is in its original packaging and can be re-sold (as new).
Please first contact us first thru our support center section of the website. Please have your order number handy so that we can deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.
Our customer service will establish the reason for your return and then talk you through the returns process, as outlined below:
When returning an item you must ensure that the item has been securely packaged so that no damaged occurs in transit.
Please make sure that you include a copy of your original invoice with the light sets so that an exchange can be issued as soon as possible.
Return Option
If required, lightdubai.com can arrange for the item to be returned via our courrier service and forward you the pick up details. The item can be returned , the cost of this (5% of the order value) will be deducted from the refund given.
Once lightdubai.com has received the goods we will exchange the item payment within 24 hours subject to the above conditions. ANY CASH REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE.
I have ordered the wrong item or I have changed my mind!
lightdubai.com understand that sometimes people change their minds or have ordered the wrong item by mistake, we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day so please call us as soon you can on +971 4 225 7571 or contact us thru our support center.
If the order has already been sent out then there is nothing we can do, once you have received your order please see ‘How do I return my light set(s)’ and follow the procedure.
If you order has not yet been sent out then we can cancel the order and you can select a different item for the same or superior value.
For Exchange not cost will apply - For order cancellations with refund request a 3% service charge will apply.
My Lights are damaged or I have received the wrong set?
When goods are dispatched they are checked to ensure that they are in working order but in the event of any damage/fault or you have any problem with your product then please call our customer service +971 4 225 7571 or contact us thru our support center. and we will do our utmost to resolve your issue as soon as possible. Obviously not any additional cost will occur for exchange and or substitution. CLAIMS ON DAMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY WITHIN 24 HRS AFTER DELIVERY
Conditions of return
When returning an item please ensure that it is in its original packaging, had not been used and is in a saleable condition. Any product which we received damaged will receive a partial refund, unless this has been done in transit.
